From planning special celebrations to corporate functions, anna soirée creates memorable moments and events. A planner will assist you throughout the planning process which includes: creation of a theme, selection of vendors, coordination with venue for catering, rental needs, invitations, gift bags and favors, and we even aid in hotel accommodations for guests, “out of town” welcome bags, and a planner will be on-site for the entire event. We also provide artistic control, per the client’s vision, for the aesthetics of the venue and all additional visual components. There are three planning packages that we offer: full planning, partial planning, day-of planning. From start to finish, we work with our clients to create an event that is reflective of their style.

Wedding Packages

Planning a wedding can put a real strain on what should be a happy engagement period. The details, the vendors, the stress of it all – anna soirée can help and make the wedding of your dreams a reality. We are able to handle everything from venue selection, contract negotiation, invitations, menu selections, entertainment, flowers, favors, transportation and many other services. anna soirée can work with any budget and timeframe. We have several packages to choose from:

“Day Of” Wedding Coordination:

The wedding day coordination package is great for couples who covered all of their own planning needs, but want the peace of mind of having a skilled professional assist them with arranging the details of their wedding day. The package includes the following:

• 2 consultation sessions prior to the event to review and plan the final details
• Review your vendor contracts to determine the product/service they are providing you
• Contact vendors to confirm commitment
• Compose wedding day timeline to ensure everything runs efficiently
• One hour wedding rehearsal to review and organize your wedding party line up
• Wedding consultant and wedding assistant on the day of the wedding
• Set up of ceremony and reception sites
• Pick up and transport wedding accessories to ceremony and reception, if needed
• Ensure proper placement of wedding accessories
• Wedding day coordination - number of hours will be based on your specific needs of the day

“30 Days and Counting!” Production Package:

The last month tends to get extremely hectic and stressful. This is when you need to call in the troops at anna soirée to get you through the last month. This package is designed for those who may not require a full service package, but need more than what a “day of” package includes. We make sure all of your wedding day details are followed through as planned. With this service you will be able to focus on the excitement of your wedding day.

 

This package includes:

• Up to 5 consultation sessions to assess all the details you have planned out for your wedding
• Confirm and review your vendor contracts to determine the product/service they are providing you
• Contact vendors to confirm commitment
• Site inspection of ceremony and reception site
• Compose wedding day timeline to ensure everything runs efficiently
• Review of guest list, table arrangements and place cards
• Communication with all wedding attendants so that everyone is in the right place at the right time
• One hour wedding rehearsal to review and organize your wedding party line up
• Wedding consultant and wedding assistant on the day of the wedding
• Pick up and transport wedding accessories to ceremony and reception, if needed
• Set up of ceremony and reception sites
• Ensure proper placement of wedding accessories
• Wedding day coordination

Comprehensive Service Wedding Production Package:

The comprehensive service wedding production package offers wedding coordinating to assist you with every phase of the wedding planning process. Services included but are not limited to:

• Complete assessment of your wedding needs
• Creation and design that represents your personal taste and style
• Regularly scheduled consultation sessions to go over all the details
• Budget construction and implementation
• Customized wedding planning checklist to make sure every detail is covered
• Venue selection
• Recommendations for specific wedding vendors (photographers, videographers, DJ, florist, bands, transportation, etc.)
• Site inspection and status meetings with vendors/venue
• Group room block arranged for out of town guests (if necessary)
• Assistance in wedding invitations, favors, wedding programs, menu cards, table cards and guest place cards
• Assistance with attendant’s gifts and out of town guest packages
• Wedding day timeline and contact reference sheet for all of the bridal party and vendors
